Learn from highly experienced facilitator coaches
Sheree Paterson
Sheree has established a strong reputation as a knowledgeable, engaging, and effective executive coach and development specialist.
She has extensive experience in frontline clinician, learning and development and management roles enables an in depth appreciation of complex contexts.
Sheree has a Master of Applied Science in Coaching Psychology and Master of Education in Adult Education.
Dr Brendan Smith
Brendan holds a Doctorate in Organisational Psychology and has over 20 years of experience in Private and Public Sectors with a background in Cultural Transformation and Developmental Coaching.
He is a registered Psychologist in Australia, a qualified executive coach and facilitator. Brendan is at the forefront of applying developmental coaching and collaborative practices to create more responsive and resilient teams and organisations.
Designed for busy managers and leaders using a blend of self-paced and real-time learning on the Uncharted Quest platform.
The program’s multi-dimensional learning approach involves a two-month, iterative cycle of learning, application, and reflection.
Every three weeks for two months you will be guided by highly experienced facilitator coaches through online activities including:
- Self-directed practice and reflection.
- Virtual 2-hour workshops.
- Small practice groups.

Overview
CoReAch is an evidence-based program that enables you to have more effective conversations at work.
Presented in a highly engaging, practical, and experiential format, the program includes the following modules.
- Seeing conversations differently.
- Show up with intention.
- Practice skills that count.
Duration and Structure
- Online orientation.
- Three virtual interactive workshops (2-hour sessions), every three weeks for nine weeks.
- Peer Practice Groups in between each workshop.
- Online micro coaching from facilitator coaches throughout.
- One midpoint executive coaching session with your facilitator coach.
