Programs.

Organisation, team and cohort based, multi-modular interventions. We think of programs as discrete, immersive learning experiences designed to transform the way participants 'make sense' of their experiences.
​Our programs usually focus on transformative or vertical development designed to develop the adaptive or complex thinking abilities needed for leaders to be successful in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) situations. 
​
Programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of our clients and often incorporate organisational challenges, "Wicked Problems" or opp
ortunities.

Our programs go beyond delivery of traditional content. We interweave innovative tools and practices with peer learning and discovery.  We can combine elements of synchronous (face to face workshops) and asynchronous (virtual elements complemented by an on-line learning management system) into our programs.

The delivery also focuses on meeting the participants where they are at, connecting and leveraging existing knowledge and skills within the group. ​

Uncharted Leadership recognises that as individuals progress along their development pathway, they often have unique needs. Our three service offerings seek to address these needs through providing purposeful, individual, developmental conversations. Our experience demonstrates that leadership conversations and executive coaching serve nuanced purposes and are underpinned by different but overlapping methodologies. Our approach is:

EXECUTIVE COACHING - We partner with you in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires individuals to maximise their personal and professional potential. Coaching supports you to to gain clarity and identify pathways through complex problems in order to take action and achieve.  

DEVELOPMENTAL DIALOGUES - Enable mindset shifts and new world views which allow new situations to be embraced boldly. Together with a leadership consultant you can create, refine and share knowledge through deeper conversations. The shared insights that emerge are a source of growth. 

TEAM COACHING - Bring your teams diverse perspectives together, enable collaboration and navigate 'tricky' problems that are getting in the way of success. Dialogue is cultivated and in doing so shifts the quality of interactions in noticeable ways. Which fosters collective accountability for sustained performance.

N​orth Adelaide Local Health Network (on behalf of Northgate House Older Mental Health Services) was an example of where Uncharted partnered with SA Health to develop a pilot learning program to experimentally explore an innovative approach to health service learning and culture change. ​

  • The service is receiving compliment cards from client families.
  • A reduction of 50% of resources for particular tasks.
  • A reduction of false emergency calls within the service.
  • Significant improvement in those clients who appear agitated due to the introduction of cognitive type puzzles. 
  • Staff sick leave reduced by 59%.
  • Staff continue to develop self in line with the vision.
  • Development of a ‘quiet’ (low sensory) room for residents.
  • Staff has increased by over 50% and the culture has been maintained.

​As Trusted Advisors we see ourselves as an extension of your team, always working in your organisation’s best interest to build internal capability, not long-term dependency. 

As Trusted Advisor we provide:

Advice - On leadership/culture development including design, interconnection, structure, methodology and internal embedding and sustainability. We draw upon what we have learned but recognise that every organisation and context is unique and that no two development projects are the same.

Growth - Support those involved in the project at all levels to grow their own knowledge and capabilities.
