The Uncharted team has over 50 years experience in leadership development, coaching and facilitation.
Diana is A co-founder of the Uncharted Leadership Institute, Australia.
Diana has extensive experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs within Australia and internationally.
She was a guest faculty member for Harvard University’s ‘The Art and Practice of Leadership Development’ program in 2013 and is adjunct faculty with Monash University in Australia.
Diana holds a Post Graduate Diploma of Organisational Change & Consulting (Organisational Dynamics) and a Bachelor of Law / Arts. She is the Chair of the Australian Adaptive Leadership Institute and a member of the International Leadership Association.
Diana is a co-author of 'Not Knowing: the art of turning uncertainty into opportunity' (2014), winner of the 2015 Management Book of the Year award in the U.K. and 'Not Doing: the art of effortless action' (2018).
ROSEMARY IS A KEY PART OF THE BUSINESS SUPPORT TEAM AT Uncharted INSTITUTE, AUSTRALIA.
As Business Support Officer, Rosemary provides administrative support for the delivery of a diverse range of Leadership Programs.
Throughout her career, she has implemented her responsibilities with a focus on developing healthy lifelong customer relationships. Rosemary is passionate about developing and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of customers from small family businesses to large global organisations, and the public sector. She understands customers’ needs and has a record of providing a service that exceeds expectations.
Before joining Uncharted Leadership in 2016, Rosemary was Program Manager of the Executive Education Unit at the University of Adelaide for 17 years.
Andrew is a co-founder of the Uncharted Leadership Institute, Australia.
Andrew is passionate about the role that management and leadership development plays in making organisations, communities and even societies more productive, more human and more successful.
Andrew spent seven years as Director and Assistant Dean of the Executive Education Unit at the University of Adelaide, where he led a wide variety of Leadership and Management programs for approximately 1200 participants per year.
He completed an MBA at the University of Adelaide in 2005 and is a fellow of the Governors Leadership Foundation Program (GLF). He is also a graduate of the 'Art and Practice of Leadership Development' program at Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
FRED IS AN ASSOCIATE WORKING ALONGSIDE THE Uncharted Leadership TEAM.
Fred has taken a deep interest in developing people and the organisations they lead for more than two decades. His work as coach, facilitator, teacher, and program designer is guided by an innovative spirit and a desire for people to be their biggest and best selves for the challenges they engage.
Fred has worked in the United States with Humana, Texas Children’s Hospital, Progressive Insurance and Ernst & Young. His experience with health care is something more: an unshakable passion.
Fred earned a doctorate in adult learning and leadership from Columbia University, Teachers College, and holds a master’s in public and international affairs from the University of Pittsburgh. He is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, and a graduate of Georgetown University's renowned Leadership Coaching program.
sheree is director for coaching and Leadership with THE uncharted leadership INSTITUTE, AUSTRALIA.
Sheree has established a strong reputation as a knowledgeable, highly engaging and effective executive coach, leadership and development specialist. She has over 20 years experience working in healthcare organisations in frontline clinician, learning and development and senior management roles.
Sheree has grounded expertise coupled with a questioning mindset and genuine care for people. She seeks to understand, uncover patterns and work thoughtfully with individuals or teams to design solutions that address unique needs.
Sheree has an MSc in Coaching Psychology, Master of Education in Adult Education and Bachelor of Nursing. As an Accredited Coach and Practitioner and Member of the International Coaching Federation, International Leadership Association and the Univeristy of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association, Sheree can help clients reframe complex challenges into opportunities.
Sinead is AN ASSOCIATE WORKING ALONGSIDE THE Uncharted Leadership INSTITUTE TEAM.
Sinead is an experienced facilitator in contemporary leadership development. Connecting individual development to real time public sector business and strategy issues, enabling individuals to apply learnings and make progress on real, work-related adaptive challenges, alongside their individual development needs.
Sinead is highly skilled at quickly understanding complex environments, identifying opportunities transformation and implementing strategies to enable exceptional people and system performance.
In addition to completing a Masters in Business (MBA) at the University of Bedfordshire, Sinead has undertaken numerous development programs including the McKinsey Remarkable Women’s Program and the Harvard Certificate for Contract Negotiations.
Barry is a Director of THE Uncharted Leadership INSTITUTE, USA.
Previously Barry was the Assistant Dean for Professional Development at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, The University of Texas at Austin.
He continues to hold a faculty position as Clinical Professor of Public Policy Practice in the School’s Executive Master in Public Leadership Program.
Barry is a frequent seminar / conference speaker in the areas of leadership, systems thinking, strategic planning, and executive development and has taught, consulted with and coached leaders and executives in 15 US states and 9 foreign countries. He has a Ph.D. in Adult and Human Resource Development Leadership from the University of Texas at Austin.
Brendan is an ASSOCIATE WORKING ALONGSIDE THE Uncharted Leadership TEAM.
Brendan holds a Doctorate in Organisational Psychology, twenty years’ experience in Private and Public Sectors with a background in Cultural Transformation and Developmental Coaching.
He is a registered Psychologist in Australia, a qualified executive coach and facilitator and is accredited in the Human Synergistics Individual, Team and Cultural assessments.
Brendan is accredited in a range of Lectical Adult Developmental Assessments, is a Thinking Environment Facilitator and along with his colleagues is at the forefront of applying developmental coaching and collaborative practices to create more responsive and resilient teams and organisations.
LEONIE is BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER FOR The Uncharted Leadership Institute, Australia.
Leonie has spent over twenty five years working in private, multi national industry and Australian education business support environments.
She provides the cohesion that allows the Uncharted Leadership team to function and provide the seamless delivery of specifically designed programs for our clients throughout their multi-faceted organisations.
Leonie's organisational and technical skills ensure flexibility, continuity and consistency to our tailored programs and services whilst encouraging user friendly interaction in managing the programs to achieve maximum results and efficiencies.
KAY IS AN ASSOCIATE WORKING ALONGSIDE THE Uncharted Leadership TEAM.
Kay is a leadership development specialist who has extensive experience on the design and delivery of leadership programs. Kay specialises in increasing performance through individual and group coaching.
She has more than thirty years’ experience in a wide range of corporate settings from the public sector to developing and managing her own businesses, being a senior executive in an international company and a Director on a number of boards.
With a deep interest in human development and optimising potential, Kay works with senior executives and leadership teams across a broad range of sectors and industries. She is an accredited executive coach, mentor and art therapist and an Associate of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership in Sydney (www.iecl.com).

We would like to make a contribution to changing the way leadership is developed. We understand this is a lofty ambition, but it is an ambition we feel is worth pursuing.
Leadership and leadership development is a huge industry that can sometimes value anecdotes more than evidence. In our own small way we would like to change this by making research a part of everything we do. We feel this is especially important in the emerging field of developing leaders for success in complexity.
We actively dedicate a percentage of our time to providing services at little or no charge.
