Sarah McGregor is General Manager and Co-Facilitator at Uncharted Leadership Institute and is also a Certified Organisational Coach.Sarah has experience in growing and establishing businesses and has worked across multiple industries during her career.
Sarah has an international background in learning and development and has over 20 years’ experience in a vast range of organisational practices. These include directing Executive Education at the University of Adelaide and managing and building a broad range of leadership and management development programs at UniSA.
Sarah has worked with organisations across Asia Pacific, including working with the Indonesian, Vietnamese, Papua New Guinean and Chinese Governments.
As a Co-Facilitator for Uncharted Leadership Institute, Sarah supports the delivery and creation of programs in adaptive leadership, leadership development and growth culture. Committed to assisting businesses achieve greater effectiveness, Sarah aims to continuously advance the quality of learning, in line with cutting edge and best practice. Sarah works in a highly collaborative way to identify the optimal leadership development solutions to meet clients’ development needs and ensure their effective implementation.
As the General Manager at Uncharted Leadership Institute, Sarah is also responsible for the business operations, consultancy and client liaison.
Prior to joining the University sector, Sarah worked in the education, not-for-profit, family business and corporate sectors in countries across Europe and South America, with roles that included developing new businesses, accrediting organisations and developing and delivering training programs, workshops and conferences.
Sarah has significant experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, knowledge transfer and fostering strategic relationships.
Sarah is a Certified Executive Organisational Coach with a qualification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, Australia. Sarah also holds a Higher National Certificate in Learning and Development (including Facilitator Training) from the UK and has a Master of Arts with Joint Honours in German, Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Glasgow.
